An interview with Jeremy Sherr, FSHom

An interview with Jeremy Sherr, FSHom (Kat Shea)  Becoming a homoeopath is a process of personal potentisation. We begin as mother tinctures and slowly raise our consciousness by succussion and dilution. Succussion is akin to the hard grind of study. After a period of being knocked about comes a phase of dilution, of realisation, as we let ourselves go and our consciousness expands.  AH: You have become known for your many provings. Do you feel that these are your main contribution to Homeopathy?  JS: The provings are a very important part of my work, but I would not say that they are the main thing. My main efforts have been in post-graduate education.  AH: What are the guiding principles of your post-graduate education?  JS: As you know homoeopathy is a life long study. When a student finishes school, this is just the beginning of the journey. The schools put a lot of time into teaching basic principles and materia medica, but there is much more to be ...

"I need to take the leap of faith" : a case of helium

"I need to take the leap of faith" : a case of helium (J. Sherr)  Case   Helium   Case   "I am 36 years old. I have had homeopathy for four years with little improvement. I am very anxious about being here. I couldn't sleep last night. I had a dream that you gave me "Starry night" remedy.  I am having a tough time with my husband for the past two years. We have not been sexual for two years. I don't feel dead sexually, I am not attracted to him.  I am passionate and emotional and confused. Depending on the time of day I have a very different answer. It is a dilemma, how to do what is right for me and not hurt him. The dilemma is also, how will it affect my son?  I live in a perfect place. I have a vision of a backyard, wooded and beautiful. Then, everything becomes distorted, a cut. And through the cut came unconditional love of God. I want unconditional love and how hard it is to accept it. I need to fall into faith...

A case of plutonium nitricum : radiation poisoning as part of a constitutional plutonium picture Case

Image
-J. Sherr  Complaints from exposure to plutonium and radiation   Plutonium nitricum   Case   Observations: Woman, 57, shamonic, highly intuitive and creative with an intense but quiet and commanding energy. She has been a Rolfer, an emergency room RN, an art historian, a university professor, and a teacher both locally and internationally, of an innovative new model for working with and treating trauma. She sits with legs tucked beside her, erect spine and a regal demeanor.  Her main complaint now is fatigue. The fatigue comes on after she experiences periods of having abundant amounts of energy causing her to work excessively. After working intensively during these high-energy phases, she is left feeling tired and utterly drained. The energy that is driving her feels explosive and unbalanced. It began when she returned from Russia where she was working with trauma sufferers during the aftermath of the Chernobyl disaster.  "I hav...

Bipolar depression - Natrium muriaticum

Insights into consciousness of the remedy plutonium nitricum  Two cases by sadhna thakkar, rshom (na), cch, bhm, (ind)    I am sure all of us have experiences in our clinics where patients narrate their stories as if they were the provers. I find these cases to be the best opportunities to take a journey into the consciousness of these remedies especially for newer remedies. Once I understand the depth of these states, it becomes easier to prescribe these remedies even without the most prominent proving symptoms. I would like to take you on the journey I took into the consciousness of Plutonium Nitricum. I hope it turns out to be as exciting an experience as it was for me.  Bipolar depression   Natrium muriaticum   Case   "I have been feeling too much pain, pain of everyone around me, I can't take it, it is unbearable. I feel as if I am going to explode. This pain is not only of the people around me but it is of the generatio...

Insights into consciousness of the remedy plutonium nitricum  Two cases by sadhna thakkar, rshom (na), cch, bhm, (ind)   Case   "I have been feeling too much pain, pain of everyone around me, I can't take it, it is unbearable. I feel as if I am going to explode. This pain is not only of the people around me but it is of the generations of all the relatives that have died, they have died even before I was born. I have had dreams of my Czech relatives that I have never seen. They all look alike, they have similar faces. I don't want to carry their pain. I have carried everyone's pain all my life and this is enough. I have had it. I know that I am healthy now and it is not my pain. My own pain is completely resolved. This is not mine. It is so sore, It feels like malignancy all around, pervading the system.  "My cry is not a simple cry, I am wailing loudly. When I cry, what comes out of my mouth and nose is so toxic. It just feels like there is de...
