She is Mrs.Padma was operated for breast tumor (mastectomy) after 2 years she was developed secondaries in liver, she was underwent chemotherapy but no improvement in her health. she needs fanning. Intelligent. service motive. sociable. H/O of suppressed ECZEMA around abdomen 6 years back. Eructations eating while relieved with Nitric acid 200c single dose. after that Pedal odema developed. What do you suggest for this case.Please Analyse the case and suggest remedy.
