Dr. HENRY CLARK ALLEN
He was born in 1836 at Brantford, Ontario.
He qualified from the college of Physicians and surgeons of Canada.
He graduated from Eleveland Homoeopathic College in 1861.
He accepted the professorship on Anatomy in his Alma Master at Cleveland.
He resigned and accepted same chair in the Hahnemann College of Chicago.
On 24th December, 1867, he got married in Brantford Ontario.
In 1880, was appointed Professor of Materia Medica at University of Michigan and moved to Ann Arbor.
Dr. Allen was an honorable member of:
The American Institute of Homoeopathy
The International Hahnemannian Association
The Illinois Homoeopathic Medical Association
Honory Member of the Homoeopathic Society of Calcutta, India
Contributions: He was owner and editor of Medical Advance for many years. His literary contributions include:

Henry Clark Allen got the inspiration for the book ‘The Therapeutics Of Intermittent Fever’, after going through the Bell’s Diarrhoea. In the classification of repertories, this repertory falls under the title of Regional Clinical Repertory
