The periodic table constitutes a valuable tool that systematizes the physical and chemical properties of the elements.:ORIGIN AND SOURCES OF HOMOEOPATHIC DRUGS

- Sumit Goel.

Nature is made up of 103 plus elements and their combinations in form of mixtures and compounds.

The periodic table constitutes a valuable tool that systematizes the physical and chemical properties of the elements. The utility of the periodic table lies in its ability to provide clues to the physical and chemical behaviour of the elements and their compounds. Based on periodic law, the periodic table arranges the elements into horizontal rows, with the same outermost, partly filled, major quantum groups and into vertical columns that have elements with the same valence electron structures. As a result, in any vertical group, the members exhibit similar behaviour patterns.
