Hairfalling and Dandruff treated with Homeopathy

Gentle man of 26 age working in Mumbai having hair falling and dandruff. He is magnetic, tall and slim. This case is responded well to phosphorus and Natrum mur. Every time Patient complaining that hair falling and dandruff are not relieved. Baryta carb is the first grade remedy for hair falling in Kent repertory, only the reason 4 pills of BC is given. There is some improvement in the case. After 6 months again the same complaint. Previous remedies are repeated in high potency. After Phosphorus 1m hair fall not relieved more ever acne appeared on face. Natrum Mur 1m 4 pills given, which yielded very good improvement, his dandruff and hairball are relieved most.
 Most of the times  we follow general diathesis of the patient to select remedy. There is lack of explainable symptoms in case. But as soon as you see the patient in the first look you may observe the physiognomy of the patient and the way of talking, junctures which resembles particular remedy in your mind. To explain there are no reasons for the selection of remedy. But patient appears so. These symptoms come under ‘Potential differentiating field’. These neither comes under ‘General Totality of Symptoms’ or ‘Reportorial Totality of Symptoms’ These are very important in section of remedy. This case is belongs to that category.
