Sunstroke and Homeopathic Remedy Indications

 Sunstroke can push the careless person into the  hospital.
 Homeopathic treatment is easy and quickly effective, in most patients.
 A particular sensitivity exists in all the NATRUM SALTS, especially NATRUM CARBONICUM and NATRUM MURIATICUM, which should be chosen according to the constitution. Preventively, during the Summer, take one dose every 2 or 4 weeks in 9C.
 After contracting sunstroke, choose the remedy according to the symptoms :
 Three main remedies
 --  red, congested; throbbing, hot face; spasms; delirium; delusions; sees monsters; wants to escape; high fever and intense thirst by attacks :
 • 3 granules, as needed : BELLADONNA 5C
 --  dullness; stupefied look; feeling of band around head, and occiput, with vertigo and heavy eyelids, dim

vision; no thirst; amel. after urination :
 • 3 granules, as needed : GELSEMIUM 5C
 --  the highest temperature, feels their pulse in the head; exhaustion :
 • 3 granules, as needed : GLONOINE 5C
 In case of
 --  extreme dryness with thirst for large amounts of water; agg. least movement :
 • 3 granules, as needed : BRYONIA 5C
 --  purplish skin; constriction sensation in head, neck, chest; loquacity :
 • 3 granules, as needed : LACHESIS 5C
 --  throbbing headache from occiput to eye and temple; red burning cheeks :
 • 3 granules, as needed : SANGUINARIA 5C
 --  violent neuralgia with palpitations; very sensitive to touch; vertigo :
 • 3 granules, as needed : SPIGELIA 5C
 --  hammer-like headache; deathly nausea and vertigo on opening eyes :
 • 3 granules, as needed : TABACUM 5C
