Eczema is most commonest of the skin lesions. It presents in many forms & is usually seen to be quite long lasting & resistant to allopathic treatment.It may appear in the form of vesicles which either burst & lead to a thin, sticky discharge or might turn into pus-filled lesions. Over a period of time the affected part is often seem to be discolored,thickened, dry with cracks & a lot of itching. Scratching leads to further discharge & the cycle continues.
