A case of Goitre

A Patient X is suffering from swelling thyroid gland, left lobe of thyroid is affected. FNAC revealed Cystic changes in thyroid tissue. Patient is a teacher. Hot patient want of fanning. Hard working. Expressed pain in affected part. What might be the first prescription in this case?

    sir you did not mention any other symptoms so it will become very difficult for me.though i am trying theoriticaly.we should go for antithyroid antibody to rule out autoimmune condition.if it is hypothyroidism then hot thermal state becomes characteristic so we need medicine which is hot,producing painful goiter,left sided .either platina or lach. We need more symp. For selecting simillar med.
