 In cases of Influenza,as in all viral diseases, homeopathic remedies act well during the acute period and are a good preventive treatment if given early in the Winter.

  Homeopathic Remedies for Acute Influenza

 Invasion 
--  sudden high fever with vascular congestion; intense thirst; no sweat :
 • one dose : ACONITUM 9C
 --  sudden icy coldness of the entire body with sneezing coryza; chilly :
 • 3 granules, as needed : CAMPHORA 4C
 --  obstructed nose with frontal sinusitis; dry aching cough during night :
 • 3 granules, as needed : STICTA PULMONARIA 4C

 Declared disease 

 --  agg. by movement; aching all over; dyspepsia; painful dry cough :
 • 3 granules, as needed : EUPATORIUM PERFOLIATUM 4C
 --  amel. by movement; restless and sad; dry tongue with much thirst; herpes :
 • 3 granules, as needed : RHUS TOX 4C
 --  extremely achy and exhausted; fever with prostration :
 • alternate 3 granules : ARNICA 4C, or GELSEMIUM 4C

 Convalescence
 Trace elements 

 • one dose, daily  :
 morning : COPPER GOLD SILVER
 noon : MANGANESE COPPER
 evening : MAGNESIUM
 • one dose, every day, in the following order :
 1st SULFUR FLAVUM 9C
 2nd YERSIN SERUM 9C
 3rd SELENIUM 9C
 4th THYMULINE 9C
 --  lasting tiredness :
 • 3 granules, 1 to 3 times a day : YERSIN SERUM 9C

  Homeopathic Remedies for Influenza Prevention 

 --  immediate, in case of an epidemic :
 • one dose, 3 times a day : COPPER TRACE ELEMENT 
 --  Winter vaccination :
 The vaccination is particulary efficacious.
 Start one month before the risk period, October or November.
 • one dose, every Sunday, repeat the same sequence every month until March or April :
 1st Sunday INFLUENZINUM 9C
 2nd Sunday YERSIN SERUM 9C
 3rd Sunday THYMULINE 9C
